Join Barclays Private Bank at a pivotal moment in our growth journey across the Middle East. This unique opportunity is for an established Director-level Private Banker to lead the expansion of one of the region’s most ambitious wealth-management franchises.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a senior ambassador for Barclays Private Bank across the Middle East, strengthening the firm’s presence and reputation.
• Leverage an established professional network to generate new client opportunities and strategic referral partnerships.
• Support the growth of the UAE franchise through market insight, client acquisition and collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior colleagues, sharing market expertise and contributing to the development of the wider Private Banking team.
• Manage and grow client relationships, acquire new clients and deliver tailored wealth-management solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating as a Director-level Private Banker or equivalent, managing a substantial portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong network and deep experience across the Middle East wealth-management market, including family offices, professional advisers and centres of influence.
• Track record of acquiring and developing UHNW client relationships and generating significant net new assets.
• Deep understanding of the cultural, regulatory and commercial dynamics of the Middle East private-wealth landscape.
