Director Marketing - Special Projects (4‑month contract)

About the role

One&Only The Palm is entering a new era with multiple high‑profile openings. The Director Marketing – Special Projects will lead the strategic planning and execution of these launches over a four‑month assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate marketing workstreams for new resort openings, creating launch plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Develop the overarching “New Era of One&Only The Palm” narrative and ensure cohesive storytelling across all openings.
• Support culinary launches with Michelin‑star chef Yannick Alléno, managing campaign development, events, content and influencer engagement.
• Oversee marketing planning for key opening events and activations, working with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PR, social, digital and creative partners to deliver integrated communications across earned, owned and paid channels.
• Ensure commercial focus of launch activities, driving restaurant awareness, reservations and guest acquisition.
• Act as central project lead, maintaining timelines, responsibilities and delivering concise updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Director‑level marketing experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B or related luxury sector.
• Proven track record delivering high‑profile openings, launches or complex special projects.
• Deep understanding of luxury positioning, storytelling and consumer behaviour.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate marketing into revenue.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple high‑priority workstreams.
