Director of Data & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a visionary data leader to shape our data and analytics strategy, drive innovation, and provide actionable insights that influence high‑level decisions and accelerate digital transformation in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and dashboard development across the organization.
• Establish data governance frameworks, quality standards, and security/compliance policies.
• Mentor and grow high‑performing teams of analysts, BI specialists, and data professionals.
• Collaborate with senior executives to identify opportunities and present strategic findings.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics, automation, predictive modeling, and evaluate new analytics platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12+ years of experience in data analytics, BI or data management, with proven senior‑level leadership.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate data insights into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
