Director of Expert Services

About the role

Kroll is seeking a Director to lead its Commercial Expert Analysis team in Dubai, providing high‑level expert analysis and testimony for complex disputes and regulatory investigations. You will work across arbitration, litigation, and pre‑dispute engagements, collaborating with lawyers and clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead dispute‑related engagements, including acting as a testifying expert.
• Provide expert advice to lawyers and assist clients with fact‑finding and clarification.
• Manage projects across a variety of cases and develop new services or products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions for litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.

Required profile

• Forensic accountant experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm, with a litigation practice background.
• Excellent academic record and preferably a chartered accountant qualification.
• Logical, methodical problem‑solving approach and ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong numeracy and ability to process and analyse large volumes of data.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex technical issues to lawyers and lay parties.
• Client‑focused with strong relationship‑building abilities.
