Director of Growth – Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

Moove is seeking a senior leader to own and execute the growth strategy for its autonomous vehicle services in the UAE. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will drive demand generation, revenue optimisation and channel development across consumer and corporate segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine the demand‑generation strategy, including market sizing, fare structures, channel mix and unit economics (CAC/LTV).
• Build and defend a B2B vs B2C revenue mix plan backed by data and clear financial metrics.
• Prioritise channel investments and set the growth roadmap for the business.
• Partner with the Program Manager to originate, negotiate and close enterprise and government contracts, including corporate mobility accounts, hotel groups, airport authorities and tourism bodies.
• Lead all commercial negotiations with third‑party platforms, government entities and other partners, shaping pricing proposals, SLAs and volume commitments.
• Own the full demand funnel from awareness through conversion, ensuring alignment between marketing and business development activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth, business development or revenue leadership within mobility, transportation or related technology sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to model and optimise CAC, LTV and capital efficiency.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating large‑scale commercial contracts and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior executives and government officials.
