Director of Residential Services - Ultra-Luxury Hotel

About the role

A globally recognized ultra-luxury hotel brand is looking for a Director of Residential Services to lead the private residence component of its iconic Dubai property. The role is distinct from traditional hotel management: it focuses on delivering a seamless, highly personalized and discreet lifestyle for high-net-worth individuals and families who live in the residence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for residential services that delivers personalized service beyond the expectations of permanent residents.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of residential butlers, concierges and housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of discretion and proactive service.
• Act as the main point of contact for residents, building trust and anticipating their needs to curate bespoke experiences.
• Manage the operational and financial performance of the residential division, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
• Work with security to protect the privacy and safety of residents and their property.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, real estate partners and internal hotel departments for move-in/out experiences and ongoing facility management.

Required profile

• 8-10 years of experience in butler services, private villa management or residential services in ultra-luxury hotels or private estate management.
• Proven track record of managing long-term relationships with UHNWI clients with discretion and professionalism.
• Exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence, strong financial and operational acumen, and impeccable personal presentation.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Russian or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
