Director of Revenue

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which brings together more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a strategic Director of Revenue in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. The role leads revenue optimization initiatives and drives profitability across all revenue streams by developing and implementing comprehensive revenue management strategies, in partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies covering rooms, food and beverage, spa and ancillary services
• Analyze demand patterns, market trends, competition and economic indicators to set pricing and yield strategies
• Oversee pricing, promotions and inventory across booking channels, aligned with brand guidelines
• Manage direct distribution and optimize performance on OTAs, corporate travel organizations and direct channels
• Create short- and long-term financial forecasts and annual budgets
• Chair revenue management meetings and foster a revenue optimization culture
• Own revenue management systems, ensuring data quality and use of RMS, PMS and rate shopping tools
• Maintain relationships with distribution partners, OTA/CTO representatives and competitors
• Work with marketing on digital initiatives and mentor revenue management talent

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive revenue management experience, including at least 2 years in a director-level or equivalent role
• Extensive experience in 4- or 5-star hotels with complex operations and multiple revenue outlets
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field
• Preferred: MBA or hospitality management, revenue management certification, luxury resort experience, familiarity with the UAE hospitality market
