As the Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the CEO to drive the company's revenue. Responsibilities Identify target market segments and key potential clients for Digital Transformation. Build a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Lead the sales team and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in target companies to promote PES's B2B offerings. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of eCommerce Digital transformation. Sales team management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the product and Marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact. Qualifications More than 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the B2B software industry Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Post Graduate in MBA Marketing or MSc Marketing Preferred Assignment Create a comprehensive 4-quarter plan (PPT), focusing on achieving key business objectives. The plan should cover revenue targets, team building strategies, and product positioning with go-to-market strategies (GTMS) for Ecommerce, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in one international market.
