Director of Sales – Middle East (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead Pallet’s commercial expansion across the Middle East. Based in Dubai (remote), you will own the full enterprise sales cycle for our AI‑powered logistics platform, building relationships with the region’s largest logistics providers and shaping our go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end enterprise sales from outbound prospecting to contract signature across the Middle East.
• Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline (3‑4x) and self‑source at least 30% of opportunities.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions, map operational workflows to AI agent capabilities, and run structured pilots that demonstrate measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to drive solution‑selling motions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or logistics sales experience with a proven record of closing six‑ and seven‑figure deals.
• Business‑fluent Arabic for discovery, negotiation and executive presentations.
• Strong consultative and value‑based selling methodology and experience navigating complex buying committees.
