About the role

Maison Pyramide is looking for a Director of Talent & Brand Partnerships in Dubai to lead the strategic vision, growth and performance of Ego & East's Talent Management division. The role oversees a roster of talents, including high-profile and celebrity figures, and drives brand partnerships that strengthen the agency's market positioning and revenue. It suits a leader who combines strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and operations of the Talent Management division, covering talent growth and brand partnership initiatives.
• Manage, guide and mentor a team of talent managers, keeping them aligned with company objectives.
• Develop long-term plans for each talent, including positioning, brand collaborations and growth strategies.
• Build and expand relationships with top brands, agencies and industry stakeholders.
• Identify, recruit and sign high-potential, high-profile talents that fit the company's image and portfolio.
• Oversee negotiations for brand deals and contracts, ensuring optimal value.
• Lead creative ideation and strategic responses to RFPs, producing competitive, visually compelling pitches.
• Work with PR, marketing and creative teams to keep initiatives consistent and impactful.
• Oversee reporting, analytics and performance evaluations for talents and campaigns, spotting growth opportunities.
• Stay ahead of market trends, platform updates and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving large-scale partnerships and managing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing, brand strategy and the luxury and lifestyle landscape.
• Ability to oversee negotiations and partnership activations across the MENA region and beyond.
