Director of Wellness and Retail

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a Director of Wellness and Retail to lead the wellness, movement and longevity department at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. The role combines operational, financial and guest‑experience leadership to ensure the highest standards of service and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall performance of the wellness, movement and longevity department, ensuring professional service and optimal financial results.
• Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports, propose policy changes, and monitor market share and occupancy.
• Develop and submit the annual budget and business plan, and regularly review achievement against targets.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of a motivated team, aligning with HR policies and the hotel’s marketing strategy.
• Plan and implement marketing activities for the department, ensuring internal and external representation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar wellness or hospitality leadership role.
• Certificate in Wellness Management and MQA‑approved trainer qualification.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Computer literacy for general office tasks.
