Director of Wellness

About the role

The Director of Wellness will lead all aspects of the spa experience across two luxury properties in Dubai, overseeing programs, services, facilities and staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all spa operations, including programs, services, facilities, staff scheduling and budgeting.
• Oversee spa retail, vendor selection, product research, purchasing, inventory control and uniform management.
• Develop and execute spa sales and marketing strategies, including group gifting programs, promotions, co‑op marketing and integration into property advertising.
• Monitor revenue, payroll, controllable expenses and financial performance to meet or exceed budgeted targets.
• Lead customer service excellence, empower staff, and continuously improve guest satisfaction metrics.
• Conduct HR activities such as hiring, orientation, performance appraisal, employee engagement and corrective action planning.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field (or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same disciplines).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in spa operations, guest services, front‑desk, sales, marketing or a related professional area.
