Director Player Development - International Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Director Player Development to lead its International Marketing team. The role focuses on driving revenue growth across the WAMI region through strategic player development and VIP relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue and expand market share by identifying and cultivating high‑value guest relationships.
• Design and execute market‑specific acquisition and retention programs for VIP players.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Gaming Operations and Analytics to align promotional strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the Executive Host and Host teams, setting performance goals and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Utilise database insights to track player metrics, optimise player lifetime value and report performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in gaming marketing, player development or business development.
• Previous leadership experience managing host teams, preferably with international VIP markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow VIP player segments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and gaming management systems.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret database insights.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic market‑development plans.
