Director, Priority Banking (Arabic Speaker) – Dubai

About the role

As a Director of Priority Banking (Signature) at Emirates NBD, you will manage the elite “Key Customer” segment of the Priority Banking portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a seamless experience for high‑net‑worth clients through close coordination with Customer Service teams and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, deposit growth, customer acquisition, cross‑sales and new‑to‑bank account opening targets.
• Initiate, develop and retain relationships with Signature clients while supporting business development goals.
• Maintain CSAT scores by overseeing customer service and contact management.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk, sales processes and ethical sales practices.
• Lead and guide a team of Relationship Managers, providing direction to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of banking experience, preferably in sales or relationship management.
• Proven experience managing large client portfolios and teams within the UAE or region.
• Fluent Arabic is mandatory.
