Director Priority Banking - Signature Clients

About the role

Emirates NBD is looking for a Director Priority Banking (Signature) in Dubai. The role manages relationships with Signature clients, the most important part of the Priority Banking base, ensuring a smooth customer experience through close coordination with the Customer Service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Key Customer relationships across the Priority Banking base and coordinate closely with Customer Service teams
• Meet assigned targets for revenue and deposit growth, customer acquisition, cross-selling, and NTB account openings
• Initiate, develop and retain client relationships and contribute to the unit's business development goals
• Maintain the CSAT score according to the segment targets
• Stay fully aware of policies on operational risk, sales processes and ethical sales practices
• Manage a team of Relationship Managers if provided, giving direction on how to meet customers' needs

Required profile

• 8 to 10 years of banking experience, preferably in a sales or relationship management role
• Experience managing clients and handling large teams within the UAE or the region
• Able to adapt to changing market conditions and the needs of the segment
