Director Priority Banking Signature (Russian Speaker)

About the role

As a Director Priority Banking – Signature at Emirates NBD, you will manage key customer relationships across the elite Signature segment of Priority Banking, ensuring a seamless experience and close coordination with Customer Service teams. Russian language proficiency is required.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and refine the Priority Banking value proposition, collaborating with product, digital and analytics teams to launch segment‑specific offerings.
• Embed robust KYC, AML and conduct risk controls, partnering with Compliance and Risk teams to mitigate emerging risks.
• Lead end‑to‑end process optimisation, leveraging data analytics to reduce friction points and improve client experience.
• Define and implement learning and development plans, mentor team members and promote digital fluency to future‑proof capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field (Master's preferred).
• Relevant banking certifications such as IBF Advanced, Chartered Banker or equivalent.
• Ongoing professional development in digital banking, risk management or customer experience.
