Director, Product Management (Pricing & Assurance)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management (Pricing & Assurance) for its Move portfolio within the EEMEA Transfer Solutions team. The role focuses on cross‑border payments, working directly with large financial institutions, fintechs and government schemes to drive commercial value and protect the company’s financial interests.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product sales and account teams to develop pricing models and value propositions for customers.
• Prepare and facilitate complex business cases at customer, deal and portfolio levels.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking, collaborating with Finance and Sales to meet targets.
• Track business drivers and metrics on a regular cadence and present executive updates.
• Lead QBR/MBR sessions with senior leaders and strategic clients.
• Act as PMO for internal work‑streams affecting revenue realization, such as network health, FX constructs and incentive structures.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of cross‑border payments, correspondent banking and SWIFT/ISO messaging.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to lead client‑facing discussions independently.
• Experience in pricing or product FP&A within the payments or financial services industry is a plus.

• Advanced PowerPoint for creating executive presentations.
