Director – Revenue Management

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to lead the development and execution of its Total Revenue Management strategy across all business units. Reporting to the Vice President – Revenue, you will translate commercial strategy into operational revenue plans, pricing actions, and distribution tactics for a new integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Vice President – Revenue in shaping and implementing the overall revenue strategy.
• Drive optimization across all revenue streams, including Rooms, F&B, Spa, Retail, Leisure, and MICE.
• Manage segment, channel, and business‑line revenue and profit targets, monitoring performance against budget and forecast.
• Build and maintain revenue forecasting models for total property performance and guest lifetime value.
• Develop revenue dashboards, reporting, and predictive analytics using PMS, POS, CRM, ERP and digital marketing data.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment of revenue decisions.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor pricing, and demand trends to recommend timely commercial responses.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and monetisation models to enhance EBITDA.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop forecasting models and dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable pricing and distribution tactics.
