Director – Strategy & Value Creation (Entertainment Focus)

About the role

Dubai Holding is seeking a Director to lead the Strategy & Value Creation function for its entertainment vertical, shaping long‑term strategy and delivering measurable value across destination‑based leisure assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run the annual and long‑range strategic planning cycle, translating Group direction into a 3‑5 year business model with financial and operational targets.
• Identify and quantify value‑creation opportunities, build business cases, and drive performance management against strategic objectives.
• Lead market research, competitor analysis and scenario planning to ensure resilient strategic options.
• Manage the translation of strategy into actionable initiatives, including prioritisation, resource allocation and governance.
• Oversee special strategic mandates, partnership evaluations and new business development aligned with the entertainment portfolio.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, transformation or comparable roles.
• Deep knowledge of destination‑based leisure and entertainment environments such as attractions, theme parks, waterparks or integrated leisure destinations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence senior stakeholders and build strategic capability within a team.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills to support strategic decisions.
• Experience in scenario analysis, stress testing and quantitative evaluation of growth opportunities.
