Director – UAE Corporate Tax Advisory (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead and grow our Corporate Tax Advisory practice in Dubai. The role combines deep technical expertise with client leadership, practice development and commercial responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Corporate Tax Advisory practice in Dubai, setting strategy, operating model and service standards.
• Develop and strengthen the firm’s UAE Corporate Tax service offerings, including transfer pricing and broader GCC tax matters.
• Take full P&L responsibility, monitoring revenue, profitability, utilisation, billing and collections.
• Act as senior tax advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Heads and other senior stakeholders on complex UAE corporate tax and international tax issues.
• Lead significant advisory engagements from inception to completion, ensuring high‑quality technical deliverables.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities, build new client relationships, contribute to pitches and cross‑selling initiatives.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Tax / International Tax Advisory.
• Strong exposure to the UAE/Dubai market, preferably with a Big 4 or leading professional services firm.
• Deep understanding of UAE Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and the broader GCC tax environment.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead complex tax engagements.
