Distribution Manager

About the role

The Distribution Manager will own and optimise the full distribution ecosystem for the hotel cluster, covering electronic channels, third‑party partners, metasearch, brand channels and direct booking touchpoints. The role is pivotal in maximising conversion, protecting margin and growing direct and loyalty bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate between Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Reservations and IT to drive distribution, digitalisation and funnel optimisation.
• Manage traditional channel relationships while leading CRO initiatives, PMS maintenance and digital product ownership of the booking funnel, including rooms and ancillary revenue streams.

Required profile

• Hotel Management graduate specialised in Revenue Management and Distribution.
• At least 10 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a cluster or complex setting.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of sales enablement tools.
• Ability to work with analytics platforms for RevOps performance.
