Division Procurement Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

Archirodon, a leading international EPC contractor, is looking for a seasoned Division Procurement Manager to support an Oil & Gas project. The position is based in Dubai with weekly visits to the project site and offers the chance to lead procurement activities across a large, complex programme.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and agree the Procurement Execution Plan and Logistics Plan with the Project Manager.
• Organise and execute procurement for materials, services and sub‑contracts, ensuring cost, time and quality targets are met.
• Maintain the Project Procurement Plan and tracking schedule, coordinating with engineering, construction and stores.
• Prepare and manage the Project Vendor List, conduct technical and commercial assessments, and drive cost‑saving strategies.
• Lead negotiations, contract finalisation and vendor management through construction and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate expediting and logistics teams to guarantee timely, full‑scale delivery of goods.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in EPC projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven experience on large Oil & Gas projects (USD 50M+), with at least 5‑6 direct reports.
• High mobility, willingness to travel between the Dubai office and the project site, and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency with procurement‑specific software tools.
