Divisional Manager – MEP Projects

About the role

The MEP Divisional Manager will lead the entire MEP projects division, overseeing the full project lifecycle from design to hand‑over. The role is responsible for the division’s profit and loss, ensuring projects are delivered profitably, on time and to high quality standards while driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L of the MEP division and implement strong financial governance.
• Monitor costs and revenues on each project, using Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and Primavera for schedule control.
• Optimize resource allocation, procurement and material delivery to meet project timelines.
• Lead project reviews, manage variations, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Identify and pursue new MEP opportunities in high‑rise, residential and commercial sectors.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 10‑12 years of MEP project management experience and 3‑4 years in a divisional manager role within the UAE or GCC.
• Comprehensive knowledge of large‑scale MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and ESCO/industrial practices.
