Document Controller – Project Documentation Management

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Document Controller to join AECOM’s Dubai team. You will be responsible for managing all project‑related documentation, ensuring it is accurately stored, tracked and readily available to authorised personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project document control system in line with client, project and supplier requirements.
• Distribute documents according to established schedules and revise distribution plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate document revisions, proofing and approvals with internal teams and external parties.
• Track document versions, maintain records and ensure compliance with standardized procedures.
• Support day‑to‑day quality checks and correspondence related to documentation.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of organisational ability.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and follow pre‑established procedures.
• Good communication skills and discretion when handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with document management systems and electronic filing.
