Document Controller – Retail Operations

About the role

The Document Controller will own the control and timely completion of store contracts, AMCs, permits, insurance documentation, and compliance records across a network of retail stores in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage DCD AMC documentation, internal contracts, renewals and submissions to prevent compliance gaps.
• Activate, register, renew and close Hassantuk accounts, maintaining accurate status records.
• Coordinate pest control, cleaning and AC maintenance agreements, ensuring continuous service without lapses.
• Submit and follow up on store maintenance work permits, marketing permits and insurance documents.
• Upload and maintain insurance, Trade License, DCD AMC and other required documents on the Dubai Mall portal.
• Maintain a live tracker for contracts, permits and renewals, escalating risks early to protect store continuity.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in document control, records management or similar compliance functions.
• Methodical, accountable approach with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel deadlines.
• Effective written communication and ability to coordinate with store teams, contractors, insurers and authorities.

• Email coordination and document repository management
