About the role

The Door Attendant – Front Services role at Wynn Al Marjan Island ensures every guest receives a polished arrival and farewell experience. Working at the resort’s main entrance, you will greet guests, manage vehicle flow and provide courteous assistance that reflects Forbes Five‑Star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with confident posture, eye contact and a warm smile, creating a sense of being expected and recognized.
• Observe guest cues (luggage, mobility, weather) and proactively offer assistance before being asked.
• Open doors, assist with vehicle entry and exit, issue tickets and coordinate safe traffic movement at the entrance.
• Communicate clearly with bell and valet teams to ensure seamless luggage handling and vehicle staging.
• Maintain a clean, safe and luxurious entrance environment at all times.
• Provide accurate directions, resort information and guide guests to the appropriate departments.
• Support VIP arrivals with personalized attention and coordination with security and leadership.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage and moving guest vehicles in coordination with valet staff.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of ultra‑luxury Door Attendant experience in a high‑volume resort.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality front services, valet, bell or concierge roles.
• Fluent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Impeccable grooming, posture and luxury service etiquette.
• Ability to remain calm and organized during peak traffic periods.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk outdoors and handle luggage.
• Flexible availability for weekends, holidays and varied shifts.
• Valid clean UAE driver’s licence with safe vehicle‑handling skills.
