About the role
The Doorman, as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that assist guests during check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay.
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete reports and share local highlights.
- Maintain a safe workplace by standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Uphold the brand’s Gold Standards, uniform, appearance and professional communication at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
