About the role

The Doorman, as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of services that assist guests during check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay.
Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete reports and share local highlights.
Maintain a safe workplace by standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Uphold the brand’s Gold Standards, uniform, appearance and professional communication at all times.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
