Driver - Front Office

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Front Office Driver to welcome our hotel guests, provide seamless transportation, and support the front‑office team. The ideal candidate will combine excellent customer service with safe driving skills to enhance the guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, open car doors, and escort them to the lobby.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services and respond to guest queries.
• Perform handovers between shifts, sharing relevant information with the next team.
• Drive the hotel car or bus for guest trips, airport transfers, and crew transportation as required.
• Control and safeguard guests’ car keys and manage the key cabinet.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and ensure proper key storage.
• Forward any guest complaints or issues to the manager on duty.
• Promote positive public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hospitality with experience in front‑office or transportation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Valid UAE driving licence and thorough knowledge of local traffic laws.
• Well‑presented, outgoing, and friendly attitude.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to unpredictable events.
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a busy environment.
