About the role

The primary purpose of this position is to drive the company vehicles in compliance with traffic rules to ensure safe transportation, pickup, and accurate delivery of goods to customers as scheduled. The role also involves maintaining the vehicle, reporting any issues, and supervising distribution assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely, complying with traffic regulations, to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
• Maintain vehicle condition, report complaints, damages or shortages to the supervisor and workshop team.
• Prioritize deliveries, suggest route improvements, complete trip sheets and submit delivery notes within required timeframes.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and raise non‑conformances when necessary.
• Supervise distribution assistants and report any misconduct promptly.
• Comply with HSE requirements and traffic regulations, avoiding penalties and fines.

Required profile

• Matriculation or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Valid UAE driving license relevant to the vehicle category (preferred).
• Good knowledge of UAE/GCC road regulations and safety standards.
