Driver Operations Associate – UAE

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the local team, the UAE Driver Operations Manager and other departments.
• Develop a deep, data‑driven and qualitative understanding of the UAE supply market, including regulations, driver demographics and regional challenges.
• Adopt and implement proven frameworks, best practices and standards to resolve localized operational bottlenecks.
• Partner with the Driver Operations Manager to design, execute and review strategic, data‑driven initiatives that address market‑specific challenges and capture growth opportunities.
• Document high‑impact, data‑supported learnings from the UAE market and scale these insights to grow the local supply market.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for driver partners, working on acquisition, onboarding, training, community building, retention and growth of branded vehicles while ensuring KPI delivery and accurate daily reporting.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in call‑centre operations, preferably within delivery platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset with exposure to analytics and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communicator with English proficiency.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred) and willingness to conduct field engagements as needed.
