Driver – Transport & Support for Luxury Holiday Homes

About the role

SmartStay is seeking a reliable driver to support its luxury holiday‑home operations in Dubai. The driver will ensure safe, punctual transport of housekeeping staff, company personnel, and goods to various apartments and operational sites, helping maintain the high service standards expected by guests.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to all traffic laws.
• Transport passengers, housekeeping staff, and supplies to designated locations on time.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, road‑worthy condition and perform routine inspections.
• Record trips, mileage, and fuel consumption accurately.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment, supplies, and guest amenities.
• Support housekeeping and other departments during busy periods.
• Participate in cross‑training and collaborative initiatives.
• Help with inventory logging and tracking as needed.

Required profile

• Valid UAE manual driving licence for light vehicles (heavy‑vehicle licence is a plus).
• Minimum two years of professional driving experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with working hours.

Required skills

• UAE manual driving licence (light vehicles).
