Dubai Events Community Manager MENA

About the role

Xsolla is seeking a Dubai Events Community Manager to grow and nurture its MENA community of partners, developers and clients. The role is based on‑site at the new Xsolla Club in Dubai and includes occasional regional travel for events.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a database of MENA community members, including partners, developers and clients.
• Plan, deliver and manage invitation‑only community events, roundtables and engagement activities around Xsolla and regional expos.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Marketing teams to create community‑focused content and campaigns.
• Draft copy for invitations, follow‑ups and community communications, and support event registration pages.
• Maintain event roadmaps, track attendee information and log creative briefs in Jira.
• Host on‑site membership experiences at the Xsolla Club and capture feedback for hand‑off to CRM and BD teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in community management, events or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders or VIP/member communities.
• Strong organizational skills and confidence engaging senior industry stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com.
• Experience using Google Workspace for collaboration and communication.
