Dubai Events Community Manager, MENA

About the role

Xsolla is seeking a trustworthy, self‑driven Dubai Events Community Manager to join its Global Experiential Marketing team. Based on‑site at the new Xsolla Club in Dubai, you will nurture relationships with partners, developers and clients across the MENA games industry.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a MENA community database of partners, developers and clients.
• Plan and deliver community‑driven events to grow Xsolla Club membership and regional awareness.
• Manage guest lists, invitations and relationship tracking for invitation‑only events and roundtables.
• Coordinate community engagement activities around DFGC/Xsolla expos and other regional events.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Marketing teams on community‑focused content and campaigns.
• Draft copy for community communications, event invitations and follow‑ups.
• Support event registration pages, including forms, copy and email templates.
• Maintain event roadmap tracker and log creative briefs (Jira) through completion.
• Host on‑site membership at Xsolla Club, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Capture feedback, hand‑off leads to CRM/BD teams and produce post‑event reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in community management, events or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience managing relationships with external stakeholders or VIP/member communities.
• Strong organizational skills and confidence engaging senior industry stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com and Google Workspace.
• Experience in the video‑games, tech or software industry (preferred).
• Experience creating social or content campaigns for a brand or community (preferred).
• Arabic language skills (preferred).
