Dubai Events Coordinator (MENA)

About the role

We are seeking a trustworthy, self‑driven Events Coordinator to join Xsolla’s new Dubai hub. You will leverage local market knowledge and vendor relationships to deliver polished events, including the DFGC/Xsolla expo and Xsolla Club activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate venue searches across Dubai and the UAE, negotiating hire and F&B costs.
• Source and manage vendors for booth production, AV, rentals, photography and merchandise.
• Support sponsorship deliverables at the DFGC/Xsolla events expo and other local events.
• Plan community‑driven events to grow Xsolla Club membership and regional awareness.
• Maintain event budgets, update costs in local currency, and handle hotel bookings for staff.
• Set up events on the Xsolla events page, including copy, venue details and logos.
• Manage event registration content, graphics and forms.
• Liaise with local organizers to explore new sponsorship opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics for speaking sessions with BD, Product and Creative teams.
• Support on‑site delivery, ensuring smooth vendor setup and a positive guest experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in events, marketing or vendor coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE venue, vendor and event landscape.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com and Google Workspace.
