Dynamics 365 ERP Coordinator

About the role

Careers International is looking for a highly motivated Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional Support and ERP Coordinator in Dubai. The role combines functional consulting for the D365 system with coordinating ERP support activities across the organization, working closely with business units to optimise and improve the ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• D365 functional consulting: gather and analyse requirements for modules such as Finance, Supply Chain and HR, and turn them into functional specifications
• Design, configure and implement D365 solutions, and support customisations and integrations with technical teams
• Develop test plans, run functional tests and help with user acceptance testing
• Create training sessions and user guides for D365 users, and propose process improvements
• Provide ongoing ERP support, resolve issues and manage service requests
• Manage user access, permissions, roles and security protocols
• Act as the main liaison between business units and IT on ERP matters
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and assist in ERP upgrade projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 ERP systems as functional support or similar
• In-depth knowledge of business processes mapped to ERP functionality (Finance, Operations, HR, Sales)
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (Functional Consultant or equivalent)
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus; understanding of industry processes such as manufacturing, retail and finance is also a plus
