E-Com Risk Manager

About the role

The E‑Com Risk Manager will proactively identify fraud‑risk issues at both strategic and operational levels, develop analytical and modeling solutions, and collaborate closely with technology and customer service teams to protect the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify fraud‑risk related issues and provide analytical/modeling solutions.
• Leverage customer and transactional unstructured data to build risk segmentation and mitigation strategies.
• Develop reporting to track the effectiveness of fraud strategy and decision tools.
• Collaborate with technology and customer service teams to ensure business effectiveness of risk and fraud strategy.
• Improve standards and promote innovative initiatives in fraud risk management.
• Work with business managers to understand operations, identify risk issues, and propose solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders for fraud risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related quantitative field (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 + years of data‑mining experience, preferably in risk management with a focus on fraud.
• At least 1 year experience in travel agency, hospitality or airline sectors (preferred).
• Experience managing a team of 2‑3 members.
