E-Commerce Specialist – Amazon & Noon

About the role

HRM Recruitment LLC is seeking a commercially focused E‑Commerce Specialist to build, manage, and grow an online business from the ground up. The role is suited to a professional with hands‑on Amazon and Noon experience who can manage product research, sourcing, listings, marketplace optimisation, supplier coordination, marketing support, and profitability analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product research using Jungle Scout and other market‑analysis tools.
• Identify commercially viable products and market opportunities.
• Manage and optimise Amazon and Noon listings.
• Develop pricing strategies and monitor marketplace performance.
• Analyse demand, competition, sourcing costs, marketplace fees, margins, and ROI.
• Manage dropshipping activities and coordinate with suppliers.
• Support digital‑marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, and customer acquisition.
• Monitor sales, conversion rates, advertising results, and product profitability.
• Lead e‑commerce projects and manage timelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Amazon and Noon marketplaces.
• Hands‑on experience with Jungle Scout, product research, and listing optimisation.
• Experience with dropshipping, product sourcing, and supplier coordination.
• Strong understanding of pricing, profit margins, ROI, and marketplace advertising.
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to build an e‑commerce operation independently and manage projects effectively.
• Broad knowledge of marketplace management, product sourcing, digital marketing, sales analytics, profitability tracking, and performance reporting.
