E-commerce Trainee Program – Luxury Retail

About the role

The E‑commerce Trainee Program at Chalhoub Group offers recent graduates the chance to dive into luxury retail’s digital transformation. You will work alongside seasoned professionals to support product launches, optimise online experiences and analyse customer behaviour across the Group’s omnichannel platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of e‑commerce trading activities, including promotions and product launches.
• Support digital merchandising by curating online assortments and enhancing the customer journey.
• Maintain product information, imagery and digital content across e‑commerce sites.
• Contribute to customer experience improvements through data‑driven insights.
• Help design and execute CRM and loyalty campaigns to personalise the shopper experience.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with a strong interest in digital commerce and luxury retail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of e‑commerce platforms and online merchandising concepts.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) is a plus.
