Early Childhood Preschool Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Preschool Teacher to join our Dubai centre. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where young children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that address physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of children.
• Facilitate routine tasks such as arrival, snack, meals, nap, hygiene, dressing, and departure with calm and individualized care.
• Supervise children continuously to ensure safety and well‑being.
• Organise learning materials and use resources creatively to support development.
• Promote basic skills including coordination, speech, and communication.
• Encourage mathematical and creative growth through stories, songs, games, drawing, and imaginative play.
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress.
• Maintain hygiene standards to prevent disease transmission.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, nursery nurses, and volunteers for indoor and outdoor activities.

Required profile

• Western French native speakers preferred.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Energetic, well‑tempered, and able to engage children positively.

Required skills

• Fluency in French (native level).
