Early Years Arabic Teacher – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

Forteseducation’s Jumeirah International Nurseries are seeking qualified Nursery Arabic Teachers who are UAE nationals. The role involves delivering engaging Modern Standard Arabic instruction to children aged 45 days to 6 years within a bilingual, immersive early years environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality Arabic instruction using Modern Standard Arabic, aligned with the EYFS or equivalent curriculum.
• Foster a love for Arabic through songs, storytelling, games and hands‑on activities.
• Support children’s holistic development—cognitive, emotional, physical and social—through age‑appropriate strategies.
• Collaborate with English‑speaking teachers to ensure a bilingual classroom experience.
• Plan, assess and document learning outcomes using clear observations.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student progress and wellbeing.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, performances and extracurricular activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education, early childhood education, Arabic language or a related field.
• Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (reading, writing, speaking) and good English communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience or completion of a relevant teaching internship/training in an early years setting.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 (or equivalent) in relevant undergraduate studies.
• Strong attendance, punctuality and professional commitment.
• Understanding of early childhood development and age‑appropriate pedagogies.
• Creative, energetic, caring disposition with a genuine passion for teaching young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and commit to inclusive, culturally responsive teaching.
