Early Years Teacher (EYFS) - Immediate Start

About the role

Al Rabeeh Academy, a British curriculum school in Abu Dhabi, is looking for experienced and passionate EYFS teachers to join its team with an immediate start. The school is an Outstanding British Schools Organisation school, rated Very Good in the 2024/2025 ADEK inspection, and offers the English National Curriculum alongside Arabic from FS1 to Year 13.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, play-based, child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework and the principles of the Curiosity Approach.
• Create a nurturing, inspiring environment that encourages exploration, independence and a love of learning.
• Use formative assessment to observe, document and track children's developmental progress.
• Contribute to planning and continuous provision, working closely with the EYFS team.
• Support the holistic well-being of children and promote the school's values, routines and expectations.
• Build positive relationships with parents through clear communication about progress, achievements and next steps.
• Take part in school events, professional development and wider school initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Years Education or a relevant subject, with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
• Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
