Early Years Teacher

About the role

Al Rabeeh Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join its EYFS team in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver high‑quality, play‑based learning for children from FS1 to Year 2, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports their social, emotional and academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons aligned with the British curriculum and the Academy’s AI‑driven learning approach.
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Assess and monitor each child’s development, providing tailored support.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, specialists and pastoral staff to ensure holistic development.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and inter‑school activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in an international British curriculum setting.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the Academy’s values of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to embrace innovative, AI‑enhanced teaching methods.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and British early years pedagogy.
• Experience delivering play‑based, inquiry‑led learning.
• Ability to use digital learning platforms and classroom technology.
