Early Years Teacher – Nursery

About the role

Emirates British Nursery (EBN) follows the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and the British National Curriculum, providing a high‑quality early childhood environment in Dubai. As a Teacher you will deliver a balanced curriculum, support children’s development and ensure a safe, inclusive setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver educational activities that promote independent learning and align with the EYFS framework.
• Monitor, assess and record each child’s progress using the Learning and Development Profile Book.
• Ensure the safety, welfare, health and security of all children throughout the day.
• Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of all students, encouraging inclusion.
• Participate in assessments and prepare reports on children’s development.

Required profile

• University degree in Early Childhood/Education or a high school diploma combined with a Level III vocational certificate in early childhood care and education.
• Minimum two years of experience in caring for or educating young children.
• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
