Earn & Wealth Operations Lead

About the role

Bybit, a cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform founded in 2018, is looking for a highly driven, data-oriented Operations Lead for its Earn & Wealth business. The role drives business growth by scaling user acquisition, engagement and asset conversion (AUM growth) across products such as Savings, Staking, Dual Investment and Launchpool.

Key responsibilities

• Define and run user growth, conversion and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth suite, and build the full user lifecycle framework from onboarding to high-value upgrades
• Plan, execute and evaluate the ROI of growth campaigns and initiatives
• Build user segmentation models based on AUM, risk appetite, behaviour and engagement, and design targeted journeys for each cohort
• Drive precision marketing through CRM, push notifications and email
• Build dashboards tracking AUM, ARPU, conversion rates and retention, use A/B testing to optimise user journeys, and report insights to product and business teams
• Work with Product, Finance and BD teams, and with Content, KOL and Paid Media teams, and contribute to Go-To-Market plans for new products

Required profile

• 3+ years of operations experience in internet, fintech or crypto; wealth/investment product experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of crypto-based financial products (savings, staking, structured products, DeFi yield)
• Proven experience in user segmentation and lifecycle management
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Nice to have: experience at CEX platforms such as Binance, OKX or Coinbase; DeFi and on-chain yield knowledge; growth campaign track record; CFA/CPA or finance degree
