Ecommerce Executive – Hotel Franchise

About the role

As the Ecommerce Executive for Grand Mercure Business Bay, you will lead the strategic development and execution of the hotel’s digital marketing and e‑commerce initiatives, driving performance across direct and third‑party channels and supporting the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual digital marketing strategy and budget covering all relevant channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, PR, Food & Beverage and Corporate Marketing to align with the overall commercial strategy.
• Design and execute quarterly and yearly e‑commerce plans for direct and third‑party platforms.
• Manage SEO/SEA, paid media, social media, CRM/email campaigns, display advertising, programmatic buying, influencer partnerships and Metasearch.
• Monitor and report performance across digital channels, analysing key KPIs and ROI to inform decision‑making.
• Oversee content production and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
