Ecommerce Executive - Hotel Franchised

About the role

The Ecommerce Executive will lead the strategic development and execution of digital marketing and e‑commerce initiatives for Grand Mercure Business Bay. Reporting to senior management, you will drive performance across direct and indirect digital channels, enhance brand visibility and optimise guest touchpoints in line with Accor’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s annual digital marketing strategy and budget across all relevant channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, PR, F&B and Corporate Marketing to align digital activities with the overall commercial plan.
• Design and execute quarterly and yearly e‑commerce plans for direct booking platforms and third‑party channels.
• Manage SEO/SEA, paid media, social media, CRM/email campaigns, display advertising, programmatic buying, influencer partnerships and Metasearch initiatives.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and ROI, and produce regular reports to inform decision‑making.
• Oversee content production to ensure brand consistency across digital assets.
