Ecommerce Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the digital commercial performance of 4‑5 fashion brands across marketplaces and the group’s direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) websites. Based in Dubai, you will own full P&L responsibility, drive revenue and profitability, and embed AI‑driven decision‑making throughout the online channel.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end P&L for all DTC websites, including revenue, margin, marketing spend and fulfillment costs.
• Set budgets, forecasts and conduct regular business reviews for each brand.
• Optimize conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
• Manage commercial performance on major marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Centrepoint, Namshi, Ounass).
• Lead a 4‑person team delivering marketplace operations, digital merchandising, website performance and fulfillment coordination.
• Integrate AI tools for demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, content optimisation and personalised on‑site merchandising.
• Use AI‑driven analytics to identify under‑performing listings, pricing gaps and customer experience issues.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of ecommerce experience, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Proven track record of managing P&L for DTC sites and marketplace channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience applying AI or automation in ecommerce.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
