Ecosystem Governance Intern (Arabic Speaking) - TikTok LIVE

About the role

TikTok is looking for an Arabic-speaking intern for its LIVE team in Dubai, which optimises TikTok LIVE from content strategy, monetisation, gifting and features to creator education, campaigns and support for agencies. The internship gives students hands-on experience, industry exposure and the chance to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges, with access to social events, learning programmes and development workshops alongside industry professionals. The preferred start date is January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct real-time content review of TikTok Live streams in MENA markets
• Identify and escalate high-risk or policy-violating content
• Analyse user behaviour, market trends and potential platform misuse
• Prepare summary reports highlighting key findings and trends

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media or a data-related discipline
• Strong professional proficiency in both oral and written English and Arabic
• Available 5 days per week for at least 3 months
• Preferred: prior experience in trust & safety, governance or content analysis
