Editor – Full‑time Hybrid Role in Dubai

About the role

The Editor will lead the end‑to‑end editorial process for TechPulse MEA, based in Dubai with a hybrid work model. You will plan content calendars, commission and review articles, and ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the editorial workflow, from content planning to publication.
• Edit and proofread copy, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across platforms.
• Coordinate with writers, marketers, designers and clients to deliver high‑quality content.
• Monitor technology and business trends in the Middle East and Africa and propose new features or formats.
• Refine editorial processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Strong editorial skills, including copyediting, proofreading and digital content structuring.
• Experience developing and executing content strategies that boost brand visibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Familiarity with technology and business topics relevant to the MEA region.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site collaboration in Dubai with remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in editorial roles within media, publishing or content agencies is a plus.
